Week 2 Wrap Up: Tampa Bay vs. Atlanta

Atlanta 14 — Tampa Bay 3

Key Play: Michael Vick had a nice TD run early in the game to make it 7-0. While the run wasn’t anything he hasn’t done before, it showed Tampa that Mike Vick is back as a dual threat, after being reined in a bit last year.
Stud: Vick. 127 on the ground, 10/15 passing….nice, solid game.
Dud: It would be really easy to point to Chris Simms, who had his 2nd 3 INT game in a row. But, given the fact that Jon Gruden is going to make Simms wish that he were in doing life in a Hungarian prison instead of QBing the Bucs after this one, we’re not gonna pile on. Instead, we’d like to point out that Cadillac Williams only had 37 yards on the ground.
Saw that coming: Tampa’s offense struggling against Atlanta’s improved defense.
But not that: Vick completely owning the Bucs D, who have traditionally given him trouble.
